Whether it be the austere ice and rock of Antarctica, desiccated plains of Namibia, reflected sunsets in Bosque del Apache, New Mexico or False Bay, South Africa, the world has such an abundance of beauty to offer. This gallery is my attempt at showing a slice of this wonder, from the numerous countries and locations I have had the good fortune to have visited.
Spanning images from as far back as 1997 (a sunset at Lake Kariba, Zimbabwe) to the latest shots in 2011 (the Pantanal in Brazil), the countries represented include Norway, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Iceland, Scotland, and England in Europe; South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Zambia and Namibia in Africa; New Mexico, Florida, Hawaii, in the US and Canada in North America; the United Arab Emirates and Oman in the Middle East; Argentina, Chile, Ecuador and Brazil in South America; and of course the gorgeous White Continent of Antarctica.
As with all the main galleries, I have chosen to show the images in random order rather than thematically or chronologically.
